About Flydeck & Flyrail:
It’s an Aluminum System with a Loading capacity + 300 kg/m2 with tie-rods every 4m2 that is able to provide a daily assembled surface of approx. 200 mq ( 3 staff). Flydeck uses a 6m forward mounting system with no operator fatigue. During the anchoring stage the platform is always anchored never cantilevered. It can go Transversal, Longitudinal, Encircle obstacles like the pile etc. Flydeck uses a Patented elastic pin (10 time faster than bolts and nuts). No traffic Jams, Less transport Cost, Save Assembly time in total safety way.
Thanks to a special “Flyrail guide” which allow to encircling obstacles + 25 cm aluminum beam which is lighter and cost-saving transport + Elastic pins which is 10 times faster than the screw and nuts, we ca guarantee the best performance ever than other similar products on the market.

Flydeck System Pilosio: Go beyond

1. LET’S START BUILDING A SCAFFOLDING TOWER WITH LADDERS: The beams are first mounted on the scaffolding itself, then the decks are mounted with the appropriate anchors/tie rods on the intrados so as to create a first starting platform.
2. FIRST ASSEMBLY TRANSVERSELY (in a general way): With the help of a pair of Flyrails, the beam is hooked, slid on the sliding carriage and cantilevered, it is positioned by means of a hoist and hooked to the temporary platform by means of a stiffening/copy beam breaker. The beam remains in balance thanks to the Flyrail's sicurblock, traction hook and suspension anchors. The decks are then installed and hooked up, the appropriate anchors made and the net pulled
3. THEN ASSEMBLY LONGITUDINALLY: In this case the work can also be done individually using only one Flyrail at a time. The beam is hooked to the Flyrail, which as it slides is fixed to the previous beam by means of elastic pins. The beam remains in balance thanks to the Flyrail's sicurblock, traction hook and suspension anchors. The decks are then installed and hooked up, the appropriate anchors are made, the stiffening breaker/split pin is mounted, and the net is pulled.
