Omnia Integrity Ltd provides advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies for the verification of the integrity of assets, with expertise in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) of bridges and other structures by using acoustic emission systems. The main advantages of using acoustic emission for SHM of bridges and buildings are that, unlike other NDT methods, acoustic emission can detect active cracks, help to detect hidden cracks or cracks in places that are not easy to access. Also, acoustic emission is one of the few NDT methods that allows the continuous monitoring of such structures for extended periods of time. Some of the other technologies Omnia Integrity offers include Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM), Microwave, Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT), and more. ACFM belongs to the family of electromagnetic techniques that measure the changes that occur in a magnetic field when scanning a surface. This system detects surface cracks without the need to remove anti-corrosion coatings and is applicable both above and below water. Microwave allows the inspection of non-metallic structures, while MRT is used for steel cable inspection.
