Bluesky
BLUESKY is a PVC water collection system. 100% waterproof. It's designed to collect water and liquids from maintenance processes on all types of surfaces, ensuring complete containment and preventing any harmful leaks into the environment.
Water and liquids are collected into container bags, placed approximately every 12m2.
Every beam has a PVC container bags.
Every Container bags is equipped with an airtight cap, that can be opened in case of needs.
• BLUESKY” consider 3 PVC sheets: "primary" union" and "lateral.
• When we join laterial to the primary and Union, the system becomes completely waterproof both on the part underneath the FLYDECK structure and at lateral side.
The installation requires only 2 elements: Aluminum guides & quick pincer .
The PVC sheets are slid inside the aluminum guides installed on the FLYDECK system.
Few elements for a better cost-saving solution.
• A wet surface increases the risk of slipping. That’s why Bluesky is installed directly to the bottom of the aluminum beam, leaving the operator free to walk on the suspended platform.
• “BLUESKY” can be installed during the installation of FLYDECK system or can be installed on a second time.
Suction pumps are positioned in the container bags. The size of the pump depends on the quantity of water used for processing and quantity of residues produced. For your info: Pump is not included in the system. It’s up to the customer.
“BLUESKY” system can be used for all kinds of hydro jetting and high-pressure washing technology, on all surface types, including work on steel and concrete, and offers guaranteed environmental containment for work on rail, road, oil and gas, civils, and energy sectors.
